My Path to Coaching: From Insights to Impact
My successful career as a market researcher has given me a unique ability to ask powerful, thought-provoking questions - the kind that reveal new possibilities, unexpected insights, and life-changing clarity.
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked as a market research consultant (and still do!), helping executives and business owners make informed decisions. I’ve spent countless hours listening to high achievers—people who built successful careers, led teams, and made an impact. I kept hearing, 'What comes next?' and often, that's tied to a deeper fear: 'Who am I without the title?' I saw the struggle firsthand: the desire to stay engaged but not knowing exactly how, the fear of losing an identity after stepping away from a leadership role, and the need to redefine success beyond professional accomplishments.
That’s what led me to coaching - specifically retirement coaching that recognizes how complex Gen X transitions can be.
